use racial slurs. Do not make lewd or lascivious comments.
Do not attack another one's character. Please be polite to
others and show good manners. Treat other's the way that you
would like to be treated. Breaking the conduct code could
mean expulsion from our trading room.

At the end of our 3-4 week trial, you will be notified
whether or not Mike will continue the trading room, go back
to our usual operations, or maybe just make some minor
changes. This all will be completely up to Mike.

to contact us.

We look forward to having you in our live trading room!
To Your Success,
Mike and Julie

  1. Mike, Julie, received your e-mail a short while ago. The first 1/2 day (for me) was just listening and getting the feel for the action. I think it is going to help me to become over the next while a better daytrader. As we go along there will challenges that will be looked at, thus the feed back.
I do have already one suggestion and you may already have corrected it in the p.m. If at all possible could your trading instructions be clear and concise, ex. "entering short trade at 865.75" or something to this effect. Actually, your instructions when to sell, where, at least in IMHO more succinct. Also, making scalps part of the trading process was great to see. All in all a v.g. morning.
